SHFM has a reported incidence of 1 in 90,000 live births. It may occur either as an isolated anomaly or as part of a syndrome. We present a rare case of a 9-year-old boy with SHFM who underwent surgical correction of the cleft hand, with improved cosmetic and functional outcome. ER -
